How to remove the smell of acrylic bathtub?

First: weekly cleaning
When cleaning the acrylic bathtub, use sponge or flannel, do not use coarse cloth, scouring pad, do not use any cleaning agent containing granular objects, it is best to avoid direct sunlight and contact with high temperature cigarette butts. Use mild detergents (such as dishwashing liquid), do not use abrasive detergents. Acrylic bathtubs can also be cleaned with glass water. The cast iron bathtub should be rinsed thoroughly with clean water after each use, and dried with a soft cloth. If you encounter stubborn stains, you can use a small amount of abrasive cleaner to clean. Clean the bottom non-slip surface with a soft nylon brush. Do not scrub with steel balls, wire brushes or abrasive sponges.

The Jacuzzi system should be flushed more than twice a month. Adjust the nozzle clockwise to the fully closed position to prevent air leakage. Fill the tub with warm water up to 2 inches above the highest nozzle, or leave the water in the tub after use. Add two scoops of low-foaming powdered automatic dishwashing liquid and a small amount of household bleach to the water. Leave the Jacuzzi on for 5 to 10 minutes, then turn it off, drain the water, and rinse the surface of the tub with water. The bathtub is in a hot and humid state for a long time, and a lot of bacteria will grow. Sometimes after cleaning, the surface looks clean, but in fact there are still many bacteria. It is recommended to wipe the surface of the bathtub with boiling water regularly, and do not use disinfectant water casually, because disinfectant water may not kill mold and fungus.

Second: deal with pipe blockages at any time and disinfect on time
Ducts need to be cleaned once or twice a week to get rid of smells and to keep bacteria out. You can use a product specially designed to clean the sewer, pour it into the sewer, and clean it after 5 minutes. Be careful not to use it in metal pipes. If the bathtub is clogged, first close the drain valve, and then put an appropriate amount of tap water in the bathtub; place a rubber suction device (for unclogging the toilet) on the drain valve; while opening the drain valve, suffocate the basin or The overflow hole of the bathtub; then quickly suck up and down to suck out the dirt or hair and clean it up in time. In the case of severe blockage, you can repeat it several times until it is clear.

Third: Gentle treatment of surface stains
The surface can be scrubbed with a discarded soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in bleach water to remove both stains and mold. If you encounter difficult-to-rub stains, you can also use half a lemon dipped in salt to wipe, or you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush to scrub with whitening toothpaste. Turpentine is also very useful at this time. For limescale, the products used to clean the toilet on weekdays are very useful. If you don't like the pungent smell, you can also use a more natural method of lemon and white vinegar. Do not use detergents with a fading function, especially if the bathtub is colored at home. To combat mold and fungal disease-causing bacteria, rinse with bleach and peroxygen and dry immediately.

Fourth: Repair scars in time
After the bathtub is installed, do not move it privately. If you need to move the position, you must contact a professional. Do not hit or hit the surface with hard objects, causing bumps or scratches. To repair dull or scratched acrylic tubs, wipe vigorously with a clean rag mixed with a colorless automatic sanding solution, then apply a layer of colorless protective wax. Do not wax the area where your feet will fall to prevent slipping.
